The basic offer of the Wo+Wie help finder can be visited without registration. If personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected for licence-based access to the online help finder, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data is processed exclusively internally as part of user administration and is not passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Database of the online portal
Organisations offering emergency housing assistance can send BAG W details of their facilities and services within the nationwide assistance structures. Please use the contact form for this purpose. The transmission of data is voluntary.
The data will be checked for completeness and accuracy by an editorial team of BAG Wohnungslosenhilfe e. V. and, if necessary, amended in line with the general Wo+Wie structure. Accepted data is stored in an access-protected database. From then on, they will be visible to all visitors to the website - depending on their access authorisation - as partial or complete results of their search. The editorial team reserves the right not to include newly submitted data. There is no entitlement to inclusion in the database.
The naming of individuals in the database entries is the sole responsibility of the organisations and services listed in the database. They themselves are responsible for the deletion of such details as part of the maintenance of the entries.
The Wo+Wie directory is intended to help people threatened or affected by homelessness to find help services in their area and thus facilitate access to the help system. The portal is also intended to provide employees of the help system, as well as neighbouring help systems (interfaces), with information about suitable help services in their region. The data provided in the online help finder is intended to provide information about existing help services and is protected by copyright. The content may not be reproduced in any form or processed, copied or distributed using electronic systems without written authorisation from the operator of the online help finder.
